Newspaper Ads
Full-color newspaper ads are featured in such prominent publications
as Arizona Daily Star, Tucson Citizen and The Desert Leaf.
Tucson newspapers reach the whole city with color advertising in
the Long Realty Company's insert.
The Desert Leaf is mailed out to residents in the foothills,
northeast and also to Saddlebrooke, Sun City and Oro Valley. In addition,
it is also available in libraries and bookstores.
Magazine Ads
Full-color magazine ads are featured in such prominent publications
as Tucson Lifestyle, Tucson Guide, Homes & Land and Home
Buyers Guide of Southern Arizona, Long Realty Company's publication.
Tucson Lifestyle publishes 34,000 copies every month. In
addition to their 22,000 subscribers, they send copies to newsstands,
hotels and resorts and corporate relocation agents at real estate
offices.
Tucson Guide Quarterly prints 40,000 every quarter and also
mails copies out to residents in the foothills, as well as places
copies in local hotels and resorts.
Homes & Land, which is a full-color magazine recognized nationally,
prints 20,000 copies every 28 days. People new to Tucson often recognize
and pick up this magazine because it is in many national communities.
Home Buyers Guide of Southern Arizona is published by Long
Realty Company every seven to eight weeks. The full-color Significant
Properties booklet is also included inside the guide. Every home listed
is in this magazine every month for the life of the listing!
